Territory Sales Manager
About the role
The Outside Sales Territory Manager will cover a territory spanning from Atlanta, GA to cities and suburbs to the north and east of Atlanta. The position involves working 4 days per week on the road and "callout days" every Friday in the office. Occasional overnight stays may be required, but they are rare. The role includes handling current customer accounts, growing sales, and helping to build the company’s reputation as a trusted partner for customers in the custom cabinet, furniture, store fixture, millwork, and casework manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities
- Handle current customer accounts
- Grow sales and expand customer relationships
- Deliver quality service and reliability to customers
- Work independently to identify and pursue opportunities
- Use follow-up skills and help establish the company as a preferred partner
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and communication skills

Pay
$50k to $60k base + commission and automotive reimbursement. Includes approximately 3% on branch gross margin + a tax-free fixed and variable rate reimbursement for your vehicle and fuel costs.
