About the role
Weiler is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow sales within an assigned market, promote the Weiler product line, and build strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base within an assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, dealer training, and customer presentations.
- Identify sales leads, prospect new business, and support market penetration plans.
- Partner with dealers on proposals, presentations, account follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
- Share timely product and market feedback with senior management.
- Manage expenses, pricing guidelines, reporting, scheduling, and travel planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field; or 3–4 years of field sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to individuals and groups.
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred but not required.
