About the role
Responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to grow the company's market share in the agricultural sector. Manage a team of sales representatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and customer service to align on product offerings and customer needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Experience in agricultural or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Understanding of crop nutrition and nitrogen fixation technologies

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
