Achievement of the sales and gross profit goals
Executes the Market Plan.
Develops an account development plan
- For their individual Top 10 Target Contractor accounts for their assigned territory.
- Account Plans to include business owners or key executives to ensure involvement at the highest levels.
Manages project pipeline
- Uses SFDC to manage business.
- Keeps accounts updated.
- Logs regular F2F meetings with target accounts.
- Shares account development progress.
Works closely with National Accounts Team
- Leverages national account relationships to ensure local alignment and execution of corporate initiatives.
Conducts training
- Drives awareness of Uponor’s value proposition.
Contributes to the business
- Proactively involves in team initiatives to contribute to the business’ success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5-7 years’ related sales experience.
- Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market.
- Experience in wholesale distribution and an understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model preferred.
- Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
- Experience in PHCP industry preferred.
