Achievement of the sales and gross profit goals
Executes the Market Plan to achieve sales and gross profit goals.
Develops account plans
- Creates an account development plan for individual Top 10 Target Contractor accounts within the assigned territory.
- Includes business owners or key executives to ensure involvement at the highest levels.
Manages project pipeline
- Uses SFDC to manage business and track project pipeline for accurate information.
- Ensures good visibility to projects and provides sales forecasts.
Collaborates with the National Accounts Team
- Leverages national account relationships to ensure local alignment and execution of corporate initiatives.
Utilizes SFDC
- Manages business using SFDC to keep accounts updated.
- Shares account development progress regularly with target accounts.
Conducts training
- Trains to drive awareness of Uponor's value proposition.
Contributes to business success
- Participates proactively in team initiatives to contribute to the business's success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years’ related sales experience.
- Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market.
- Experience in wholesale distribution and an understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model.
- Excellent communication, planning, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the PHCP industry preferred.
Location Preference
- PREFERRED: Southern California
Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $97,171-$145,756/year.
