About the role
The Territory Manager is a sales position responsible for growing business within a specific geographical territory. This role focuses on Concentric's value center solutions, including GuaranteedPOWER® and PerpetualPOWER®.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a solution-based selling strategy
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth areas
- Build and maintain a satisfied and profitable customer base
- Secure new business and meet or exceed sales and profit goals
- Establish and manage key relationships with customers
- Sell new and used equipment, service programs, repairs, and maintenance contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Manage sales funnel in Concentric’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Provide market feedback and conduct site walks for industrial facilities
- Generate timely sales and expense reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years sales experience
- Experience with similar products and services preferred
- Successful track record in a sales role
- Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Able to organize work and work independently, with limited supervision
- Able to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Able to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers
- Able to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Professional in interactions with customers
- Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for the past 3 years
- Willingness for daily travel, with occasional overnight travel required up to 10%
