About the role

The Territory Manager is a sales position responsible for growing business within a specific geographical territory. This role focuses on Concentric's value center solutions, including GuaranteedPOWER® and PerpetualPOWER®.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a solution-based selling strategy
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth areas
  • Build and maintain a satisfied and profitable customer base
  • Secure new business and meet or exceed sales and profit goals
  • Establish and manage key relationships with customers
  • Sell new and used equipment, service programs, repairs, and maintenance contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Manage sales funnel in Concentric’s CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Provide market feedback and conduct site walks for industrial facilities
  • Generate timely sales and expense reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Experience with similar products and services preferred
  • Successful track record in a sales role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Able to organize work and work independently, with limited supervision
  • Able to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Able to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers
  • Able to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Professional in interactions with customers
  • Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for the past 3 years
  • Willingness for daily travel, with occasional overnight travel required up to 10%
