Territory Sales Executive - Northern Michigan area of Great Lakes Region
About the role
We are hiring a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) in Michigan, Northern Michigan area of the Great Lakes Region. As a TSE, you will sell CVS/specialty pharmacy services to targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. You will support the sales of oncology, IVIG, pulmonary hypertension/IPF, autoimmune, HAE, and Alpha 1 products, and will be the primary point of contact for these providers within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute effective marketing plans in the designated territory
- Support patients with chronic illnesses by providing them with a competitive and supportive pharmacy team
- Measure success through percent to sales goal metrics, internal and external client satisfaction, and success of aligned Inside Sales Representatives
- Use personal influence with providers to grow the business
- Work independently to achieve goals and contribute to the growth of CVS/specialty pharmacy
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales
- A valid and current driver's license
- A personal vehicle that meets the job's requirements and is adequately insured
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, especially in hospital and specialty divisions
- Experience in a complex disease state
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $75,500.00 - $158,304.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Our people fuel our future.
