Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management and store operations
- Educate customers on Oakley products, technology, and brand heritage
- Contribute to a positive team environment and store culture
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Passion for sports, active lifestyle, or fashion/eyewear industry
Pay
15.16 - 19.78 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
