Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and product queries
- Foster current customer relationships and grow opportunities
- Greet and welcome customers
- Provide product demonstrations and walk customers through starting procedures
- Make product or service recommendations based on customer needs
- Schedule appointments to meet with customers at their work sites or businesses
- Enter and update sales orders
- Facilitate incoming calls and Internet leads
- Process financing for new and used equipment
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Participate in store events and complete related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Ability to cold call and build new relationships
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
- Previous agricultural or construction equipment knowledge/experience (optional)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Computer skills to use MSOs for products
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining a company vehicle and provided technology resources

Schedule
Full-time hours (40 hours/week) during our hours of operation, Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule.
