Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and product queries
  • Foster current customer relationships and grow opportunities
  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Provide product demonstrations and walk customers through starting procedures
  • Make product or service recommendations based on customer needs
  • Schedule appointments to meet with customers at their work sites or businesses
  • Enter and update sales orders
  • Facilitate incoming calls and Internet leads
  • Process financing for new and used equipment
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Participate in store events and complete related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Ability to cold call and build new relationships
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
  • Previous agricultural or construction equipment knowledge/experience (optional)

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Computer skills to use MSOs for products
  • Knowledge of operating and maintaining a company vehicle and provided technology resources

Pay

Competitive salary with the opportunity to earn commissions.

Schedule

Full-time hours (40 hours/week) during our hours of operation, Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday schedule.
