About the role
As a Territory Representative, you will support the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will explore sales growth opportunities and sales development with current partners while cultivating new relationships. After completing a 2-week product and territory management training and level-assessment program, you will visit assigned customers regularly to promote products, share new product information, and gather feedback on our company’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new sales prospects and expand customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of Hiossen products.
- Conduct calls and other activities to meet sales quotas and goals for assigned accounts and territory.
- Develop sales activity plans to optimize performance and achieve target sales.
- Visit at least 6 different dental offices daily.
- Recruit and schedule dentists and other dental professionals to attend Hiossen seminars.
- Ensure collection of outstanding accounts receivables in coordination with other departments.
- Attend and complete Hiossen product training programs, demonstrating product and technical knowledge, sales procedures, and techniques.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful experience as an outside sales representative in direct or B2B sales.
- Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
- Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer offices and meeting locations.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to drive.
Pay
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
- Uncapped Commission
- $230 biweekly car allowance & gas card OR company mileage reimbursement policy
- $40 biweekly cellular allowance
