Responsibilities
- Manage patient interactions and ensure timely communication
- Support clinical staff in providing comprehensive care plans
- Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Current certification in healthcare administration or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
