For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of clinical services through various channels
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assisting in the coordination of care for patients
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Experience in mental health or addiction treatment settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-person visits)

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification in the state where working
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule with the option to work evenings and weekends.
