About the role
Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment through innovative virtual platforms. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the delivery of clinical services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license eligible in the state(s) where you will be working
- Experience in mental health or addiction treatment settings
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and technologies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule
