About the role

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment through innovative virtual platforms. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the delivery of clinical services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensed or license eligible in the state(s) where you will be working
• Experience in mental health or addiction treatment settings
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and technologies
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
