For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client interactions and ensure smooth communication between clients and healthcare providers.
  • Support the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with virtual platform software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Passion for improving mental health and addiction treatment outcomes.
