About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of improving stroke recovery outcomes through innovative therapies and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient referrals and appointments for stroke recovery services.
• Provide educational materials and resources to patients and caregivers.
• Assist in the implementation of new programs and services.
• Monitor and report on service utilization and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare coordination or patient services preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation principles and practices.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
