About the role
As the Territory Manager, Surgical Wound Management, you will promote and distribute the use of donated human tissues (i.e. Dermacell) throughout a designated territory. You will work with surgeons, materials management, OR personnel, and c-suite personnel. In this role, you will display the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and implantation. You will need to travel at least 80% of the time and reside near the location. Your work will have purpose every single day, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, target, and develop relationships within markets.
- Perpetuate business within your respective territory.
- Serve as the primary contact to end users and technical users (primary surgeons, DPMs, and clinical program directors).
- Be hospital-based and perform cases on a weekly and daily basis.
- Formulate mature business platform growth from a limited or non-existent base of business.
- Plan and implement strategies to ensure the revenue budget and territory’s strategic goals are met.
- Complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, and hospital billing issues.
- Meet with Supply Chain/Purchasing entities and conduct regular, ongoing business reviews, as well as contract/pricing negotiations as required.
- Complete all required training, such as compliance, product, sales, or other company training.
- Develop and review a business plan with the Regional Manager or Director quarterly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS).
- 2 years of Business-to-Business sales experience delivering against a quota.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
- 3 years of sales experience in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or medical device industry.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with physicians, surgeons, wound care specialists, and hospitals.

Pay
Salary Range: $68,835 - $114,725 plus variable compensation. Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
