What You’ll Actually Do
- Lead with Impact: Influence how OCD is identified and treated by delivering insight-led conversations that shift provider behaviors.
- Meet face-to-face with healthcare providers to challenge outdated referral habits and educate them on the life-changing power of ERP therapy.
- Leverage data and deep knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry to have sophisticated, high-impact conversations that show providers exactly how NOCD fits into their existing ecosystem.
- Strategically map out your territory to maximize your impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of professional experience of meeting or exceeding expectations.
- A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
- A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
Compensation
This is a base + commission role with a Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000-130,000
