About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated Stroke Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients recover from stroke.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized recovery plans based on patient assessments
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
• Current license to practice in your state
• At least 2 years of experience in stroke rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of stroke rehabilitation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in stroke rehabilitation
• Experience with assistive technology and adaptive equipment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
