Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Territory Manager to oversee offices within the region. This role is pivotal in driving performance results through leadership, coaching, and partnership with Office Managers and clinical providers. The Territory Manager will be a core member of the Regional Leadership Team, accountable for office performance and culture, while fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers (or Assistant Office Managers where applicable).
  • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs): Net Production, Net Collection, and New Patients (volume and days to onboard).
  • Conduct regular office visits (daily travel, one office per day expected) to evaluate culture, patient experience, and operational execution.
  • Partner with Directors and Lead GPs to strengthen provider relations and support office success.
  • Facilitate monthly P&L discussions as directed and ensure accurate performance oversight.
  • Hold OMs accountable for documentation of coaching, team performance, and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate as part of the leadership team while maintaining individual performance accountability.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of leadership experience overseeing. Proven experience in leading and managing two or three dental offices successfully and is ready to grow.
  • Proven success in coaching and developing managers in a performance-driven environment.
  • Require monitoring/achieving KPIs, mentoring OMs to their highest performance level, and being a positive leader for all staff.
  • Strong leadership style: coach, mentor, and operational driver with the ability to inspire positivity and enthusiasm.
  • Dental/healthcare industry experience preferred; retail or service-based multi-unit leadership also considered.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within assigned offices (no overnight travel required).
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands and arms to operate general office equipment (PC, telephone, file cabinets, copier, fax machine and printer). The employee may occasionally lift and/or move between 10 and 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
