For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.
For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Support clinical outreach efforts to connect patients with appropriate care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in the management of patient referrals and case coordination
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Current certification in healthcare administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Pay
Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
