About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional in the state of practice
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing complex mental health needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
