Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with insurance partners to facilitate coverage and payment processes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, healthcare administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or mental health field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and basic spreadsheet functions
- Experience with healthcare software and databases
