About the role
As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow. Responsibilities
- Promote Dreem Health’s sleep care services to physicians, specialists, and clinics
- Organize and facilitate lunch & learn sessions
- Create awareness campaigns for sleep health and sleep apnea
- Track and report referral activity
- Share insights with internal teams to inform growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
- Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
- A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Existing network of primary care providers
- Knowledge of sleep health, mainly sleep apnea
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strategic and entrepreneurial approach to territory management
- Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare and tech environment
- Track record of exceeding partnership or sales goals

$80,000 - $120,000 OTE
