PURPOSE OF JOB

The Territory Manager is responsible for sales strategy and execution of Route 92 Medical products. The role involves driving sales growth, building customer support, and managing sales operations within the designated territory. This includes supporting the Jacksonville, Florida area, including cities like Panama City, Tallahassee, and Gainesville.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
  • Collaborates effectively with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each region
  • Provides onsite technical support during procedures to ensure accurate product usage
  • Forecasts sales, monitors the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by engaging in on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, tradeshows, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with all team members to strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships
  • Maintains a competitive edge by monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Travels >60% of the time, able to take hospital call, as needed, for new account launches and emergent case support
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by engaging in on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, tradeshows, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience working in a hospital surgical setting (Neurovascular, OR, Cathlab, etc.)

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity.
