For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

About the role

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment through innovative technology and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of clinical strategies and programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Conduct research and analysis to inform treatment protocols
• Provide training and education to staff and partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current license to practice in the state(s) where you will be providing services
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health and substance use disorders
• Experience with telehealth and virtual care delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
