What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to represent our golf business in Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Territory managers have a passion for their sport as well as achieving and exceeding sales goals and expanding our market share. This role will be based in greater Seattle/Tacoma, Washington.

As a Territory Manager, You Will:

  • Achieve annual territory sales plan and product category objectives.
  • Increase Wilson’s brand presence and image with customers and consumers.
  • Review each account’s performance in a business review each quarter.
  • Develop and maintain great working relationships with key players in each account.
  • Develop layouts/merchandising concepts for accounts.
  • Recruit and manage high visibility teaching pros to enhance the promotion of Wilson Golf

Qualifications

  • A reasonable estimate of the pay range plus commissions is $105,000 - $125,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.
  • This role requires passion for the sport of golf, a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience in packaged goods or a similar industry.
  • Other qualifications include:
    • Extensive knowledge of the golf market, products and industry, including consumer trends and competitive activity
    • Knowledge of the game of golf, golf equipment, and club fitting
    • General golf product knowledge of all of the major brands
    • Ability to travel independently throughout the territory and work remotely in a home office setting
    • Ability to influence and negotiate with others
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic vision
    • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
