Territory Manager - Fresno, CA

For our client, we are seeking a Territory Manager - Fresno, CA to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role is focused on driving territory growth through consultative sales, clinical education, and strong account management within the healthcare market. The ideal candidate will build relationships with healthcare professionals, support informed patient care, and manage a disciplined business plan to maximize performance across the territory. This position also partners closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver value in the field and support customer needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Sell and promote non-invasive cardiac defibrillator systems and associated products Educate healthcare professionals on patient management and billing requirements Provide clinical data supporting cardiac health and defibrillator utility Maintain customer account databases and prepare reports Develop and manage a quarterly business plan Attend and represent the organization at medical education programs and tradeshows Analyze trends within the sales territory and report findings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3-5 years of medical equipment sales experience or equivalent 3-5 years of healthcare sales experience with a documented history of success Cardiology experience preferred Valid state driver’s license required Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development Work-life balance with field-based flexibility Be part of an innovative company impacting patient outcomes Dynamic work environment with a focus on collaboration and support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
