Pape’ Machinery is seeking a Territory Manager and Customer Service Advisor to cover Coos and Douglas Counties in Southern Oregon. This position offers a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential, competitive compensation, and exceptional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Selling all types of construction and forestry equipment, parts, sales, and services
• Leveraging technology to provide customers with efficiency and profitability
• Building market share in the defined territory
• Driving in a Pape’ sales vehicle and working your defined territory
• Creating relationships with new and current customers

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of construction and forestry equipment
• Financing background preferred
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Driver’s license with a good driving record
• Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
