For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.

For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment through innovative virtual care solutions. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Document progress notes and maintain client records
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Licensed to practice in the state(s) where you will be working
  • Experience in providing mental health and/or addiction treatment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for documentation and case management

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
