Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Document progress notes and maintain client records
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed to practice in the state(s) where you will be working
- Experience in providing mental health and/or addiction treatment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using software and tools for documentation and case management

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
