About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of helping stroke survivors regain independence through innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration, rehabilitation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake and scheduling for stroke recovery services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the stroke recovery program
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners to promote our services
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies and insurance companies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Rehabilitation, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation principles and best practices
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
