About the role
You are responsible for driving new business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing sales strategies
- Building strong customer relationships
- Maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Providing support and addressing any challenges they face with Halter’s products
- Ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to customer onboarding and deployment of Halter
- Gathering customer feedback in your territory
- Collaborating with support teams to resolve any issues your customers encounter
- Attending industry events to generate leads and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Contributing to the US Sales Strategy
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong history of creating new business opportunities and building lasting customer relationships
- Experience managing a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success, ideally within agriculture or technology
- Proven problem-solving and collaboration skills
- A willingness to travel frequently within your territory
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Experience in ranching or cattle operations
- Background in selling software (SaaS) solutions in a B2B environment
