Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions through various communication channels
- Support clinical teams in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with insurance partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or mental health field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Current certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Addiction Counselor)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
- Experience with healthcare software and databases
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually
