Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate regular customer visits to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Manage retention efforts to enhance customer satisfaction
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized customer solutions
- Schedule shoe mobile visits
- Work with customer contacts to boost employee participation
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the Sales Force and NAV
Requirements
- A college degree preferred; equivalent sales experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and working effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to prospect for new business, conduct sales presentations, negotiate opportunities, and close sales
- Demonstrated ability to support customers and grow existing accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple lines of business, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain detailed records
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate and schedule mobile shoe events for customers throughout the territory
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnight travel as needed.
