Position Responsibilities
- Trains, coaches, and develops the sales and merchandising teams
- Supports the Customer Growth Representatives (CGR) in their dual role of merchandising and selling
- Ensures the team adheres to company standards, adjusting schedules as needed
- Manages work hours within budget constraints while driving sales and meeting growth targets
- Proactively addresses store inquiries, fosters strong store relationships, and promotes collaboration for shared success
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 1 plus years of leadership experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience
- Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
Qualifications

- $75,484 - $94,355 plus target bonus
