Key Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships
- Develop new business opportunities in the local Hardscape/Masonry industry market
- Drive Product specifications with architects and landscape architects
- Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services
- Learn and promote new products
- Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan
- Drive product specifications with architects
- Review drawings and develop custom system solutions
- Follow and manage projects through design → bid → award (12–24 month cycles)
- Build relationships across architects, GCs, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in selling Hardscape/Masonry products in a B2B environment, managing a multi-million-dollar territory
- Demonstrated ability to grow your territory year-over-year
- Passion for empowering our customers with the tools and products needed to boost their sales and earnings
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter who embraces our "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture
- Able to pass a criminal/driving background check and pre-employment drug test
- 2+ years in architectural/construction product sales of brick, CMU block and stone
- Experience winning spec-driven projects
- Strong ability to read architectural & structural drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, load-bearing systems, or structural products
