Possibilities
- Possess and develop new business within your assigned territory
- Sell new and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio
- Build strong relationships with customers and support their capital equipment purchasing decisions
- Partner with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process
- Analyze your territory and identify opportunities to increase market share
- Work with your Regional Sales Manager on territory planning and account strategy
- Develop business plans tailored to key customers to drive both customer satisfaction and profitability
- Stay engaged with customers through consistent communication and follow-up
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material handling, construction, or a related B2B industry
- Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of basic financial principles and margins
- Persistent and self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with CRM systems
