The Role

We are seeking Territory Managers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for partnering with independent retailers across various channels to introduce new products and grow the active account base.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce new products five times a year to the retail marketplace in your assigned territory.
  • Organize and manage over 100 accounts independently.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers.
  • Follow our Territory Manager playbook for best practices and daily habits.
  • Aim to control your income with a mix of salary, commission, and bonus opportunities, all tied to sales performance.
  • Savvy with social media and proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, OneDrive).
  • Self-reliant, even-keeled, intellectually curious, and have a growth mindset.

Requirements

Experience with independent retail partnerships and a passion for the trend and décor sector are essential. An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt are also crucial.
