Territory Manager
About the role
This is a full-time, hands-on position working within a creative, energetic, and highly customer-focused sales environment. Your primary jobs are to grow and enhance existing customer relationships, find potential customers, and bring them on board with BlastOne in your designated group of clients or territories. Establishing relationships with senior decision-makers in a corporate environment, developing a long-term vision (6 months to 5 years), and influencing specifications to maximize BlastOne opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Track long-term potential opportunities and projects that will provide business for BlastOne in the future.
- Proactively make sales calls to create future business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling Industrial Equipment/Machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to sell.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Bright task and time management skills.
- A “can-do attitude”.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Fluent in use of salesforce.com CRM system.
- Understanding of Corrosion Control Industry.
- Experience with Industrial Sandblaster/Painter.
