About the role
The primary responsibility of the Territory Director (Field Sales) will be to develop and manage a designated regional territory (North New Jersey, Westchester, and Hudson Valley) with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts. This role requires being a self-starter, team player, and responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting, and developing key oncology practices, including hospital-based business relationships. Targeted customers include oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals, and clinics.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Identify key influencers and manage pipeline
- Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets
- Deliver product presentations to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
- Leverage familiarity with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities
- Maintain self-motivation and a results-driven approach
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Oncology sales experience strongly desired
- Local candidates with current work experience and industry-related contacts
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Pay
Salary range from $115,000–$130,000 annually, along with a commission plan.
