About the role
The primary responsibility of the Territory Director (Field Sales) will be to develop and manage a designated regional territory (N New Jersey, Westchester, and Hudson Valley) with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts. Expectations for the role include being a self-starter, team player and responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting and developing key oncology practices. This also includes hospital-based business relationships within the targeted regional territory, with the targeted customers including oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals and clinics.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Identify key influencers and manage pipeline
- Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets
- Deliver product presentations to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
- Familiarize with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities
- Operate as a self-motivated and results-driven professional
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
- Oncology sales experience strongly desired
- Local candidates with current work experience and industry-related contacts
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Microsoft Office and CRM experience

Pay
Salary range from $115k–$130k annually, along with a commission plan.
