You provide hands on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations. Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz: in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner: delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage: completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays: ensuring compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules: executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
