About the role

We've raised $83M with support from top venture capital firms and strategic investors in construction, building products, and distribution. Higharc seeks experienced Territory Account Managers to support regional homebuilders.
Responsibilities
- Build a network of regional homebuilders through established industry relationships
- Own the full sales cycle from intro to close, including prospecting, showing up at builder events, and working with owners, presidents, and GMs
- Understand homebuilding workflows and communicate product value clearly during demos
- Train on platform and demo approach provided by Higharc
- Run focused discovery sessions with builders to understand workflows, sales processes, estimating practices, and launch timelines
- Deliver clear, workflow-driven demos in plain language
- Handle objections, tell ROI stories, and follow up to keep deals moving
- Act as a hybrid sales engineer and portfolio guide, tailoring conversations to regional builders
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with Product Management for roadmap prioritization
- Surface trends and competitive insights to refine messaging and strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, building products, or related fields
- End-to-end sales experience (Customer Success and/or Sales Engineering experience a plus)
- Track record of exceeding expectations in quota-driven roles
- A wide local network eager to tap into
- A knack for being scrappy, building new motions, and making quick pivots
- Able to learn software quickly and absorb new workflows
- Eagerness to meet builders in person and engage with senior decision-makers
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally (up to 25%)
