About the role
This role plays a vital part in expanding access to infusion care by connecting patients, providers, and health systems with reliable, high-quality infusion services.
Responsibilities
- Help patients access timely, coordinated infusion therapy
- Support physicians and care teams with trusted solutions and consistent follow-through
- Grow high-value referral networks in a collaborative, clinician-led organization
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfort in a fast-paced, field-based sales role with significant face-to-face engagement
- Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 40% annually (typically 1–2 overnights per month)
- Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and talking or hearing
Skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems

$80,000 - $110,000 USD
