About the role
This role plays a vital part in expanding access to infusion care by connecting patients, providers, and health systems with reliable, high-quality infusion services. In this role, you will:
- Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems
- Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Educate providers on LUX Infusion's home-based and suite-based infusion services and comprehensive patient support model
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases
- Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Bring accountability, consistency, and follow-through to every provider interaction
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfort in a fast-paced, field-based sales role with significant face-to-face engagement
- Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
- Motivation rooted in patient-centered selling and long-term provider partnerships
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Schedule
