About the role
Pest Control Technician - Termite Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide comprehensive service to residential and commercial pest control customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).
Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services using an Integrated Pest Management approach.
- Apply wood destroying organism treatments and techniques such as termite bait station installation, trenching, drilling, and spray application.
- Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed.
- Collect service payments from customers and answer their questions patiently.
- Ensure equipment and vehicle are in proper operating condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- Work at least 40 hours per week.
- No prior experience necessary. Training provided to the right candidate.

A Day in the Life
As a Pest Control Technician, you will start your route each day, saving customers from pests while creating lifelong client relationships. You will determine prescribed treatments based on inspection graphs and specification sheets, remove debris as needed, and apply treatments such as termite bait stations, trenching, drilling, and spray applications. You will collect service payments and answer customer questions with patience and professionalism. You will ensure your equipment and vehicle are in proper working order at all times.
