What You’ll Do: Technical & Hands-On Expertise

• Gain expert-level knowledge of various construction types found across Oahu—including monolithic slabs, floating slabs, post-tension slabs, pier and beam, and stem walls.
• Be the expert operator for high-powered drills, power sprayers, and trenching tools.
• Be responsible for cutting, trenching, digging, or boring into foundations and soil to create access points.
• Become a pro at installing and maintaining state-of-the-art baiting systems like Sentricon and Trelona.
• Perform termite "math" to measure dimensions and calculate precise product dosages.
• Take ownership of your service vehicle as your mobile office and workshop.
• Daily organize, maintain, and clean your tools and equipment to ensure readiness for any job on the island.

Requirements

• A valid US driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a clean background are required.
