About the Role

Join Northwest Exterminating and enjoy outdoor, independent work as a Termite Service Professional. You’ll manage your own route, build customer relationships, and make a real impact in your community. No prior exterminating experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage day-to-day operations of your termite service route with strong time management skills.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.
• Uphold the NORTHWEST WAY by representing the company’s values and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pest Control Experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Physical Demands

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
