Responsibilities
- Build lifelong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent service every time.
- Manage your own termite service route with excellent time management skills, including preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
- Solve customer account issues and address both current and future needs.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver exceptional service.
- Apply appropriate pest control products according to label standards.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.
- Uphold the NORTHWEST WAY, representing the company’s values and image with professionalism and customer care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Pest Control Experience preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods, including travel between counties or service areas.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
