Termite Inspector / Pest Control Inside Sales

About the role

Responsible for inspecting properties for termite infestations and other pests, providing solutions through inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of termites and other pests
• Provide pest control solutions through phone and email
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in entomology or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in pest control or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Knowledge of local pest control regulations

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in pest control software
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
