The Role

Regular Pay Range: $24.45 to $34.80

Essential Duties
- Answer phones for shipping & scheduling lines
- Communicate with outside carriers & schedule loads in order to meet customer needs
- Create next day truck schedules
- Distribute paperwork to different areas as needed
- Manage help desk requests that apply to California orders
- Correct any lot or batch issues in our systems
- Create delivery invoices for each route & print to each printer for next day deliveries
- Transfer & upload accurate routes to each handheld
- Special requests & correct daily deliveries to ensure customers get proper charges & credits
- Assist with customer & carrier info & scheduling needs
- Fill out a blank BOL when needed to prevent transportation issues
- Communicate with accounting to verify that customers are up to date on their accts prior to scheduling
- Create requisition forms for ordering purposes
- Communicate with Vista & Van Nuys leads to handle any delivery discrepancies that may have occurred
- Communicate problems to Classic to correct billing if necessary
- Run end of day reports
Education/Experience
Previous job experience in a leadership role
Multitasking and critical thinking
Computer software Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: BOL system, IFS System, Computers, Problem solving any DSD issues to assist in end of day download, Work well with others

Personal Protective Equipment Required
- Side shield safety glasses

- Proper footwear when in production facility
